I have a 2020 Stinger gt2. I bought it brand new from Raymond Kia in Antioch Ill. When I bought care the owner of the dealership had the JB4 tuner, BMS intake and Denso spark plugs installed by his service group. I bought car as brand new, even though it was his demo and had 4000 miles on it. They told me it would not affect warranty with Kia. Here it is 2023 and have enjoyed the car a lot, but having and issue. The car will not build boost even though turbos are spinning, it will not shift unless you use paddle shifters and barely has enough power to go 35 miles per hour. There are no codes or engine lights. Because I live in north eastern Nevada I Took car to Jerry seiner Kia in south Jordon Utah. They had car for 4 days, couldn't figure out problem, they got ahold of Kia Technical, still no luck. Kia tech decided that the JB 4 system caused problem(bull shit) and would not warranty any work done. I spoke with Burger motorsports and they said their product, if having problems, would throw codes and to just disconnect it. Car is sitting in Utah and I'm out of ideas.
HELP!!!!!!!!

Out of ideas, or just won't do what Kia says? Will Kia warranty work after returned to stock? Or have they burned their bridges with you?

The dealer in Illinois looked up vin and it shows it's still under warranty. He suggested to remove jb4 and take to another dealer. so far best idea.
Just wondered if anybody out there has ever had this type of issue with the car.

Ima not a bit surprised that J. Seiner accused your dealer-installed mods of causing the problem. Have you got an update for us?

This is a bump.

Checked Vin again and no red flags from Kia. Picked up car, removed all signs of JB4 and took to another dealership, now waiting to see what they decide.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I wish I had $5 for every time I heard somebody say the people who sold it said mods won't affect warranty, and then of course it affects warranty.
