@Tonkabob this would be what I recommend if you want to swap your primaries. Ill pick these up when I swap the turbos.

So how screwed would I be on my California smog check if I get the 400 cell, lol

Where is that? Interesting I thought it was every 2 years everywhere in Cali.
 
Can’t wait for this to get here also keep in mind the 400 is a good option for people with lower climate weather.

Smog Information

So it does look like there's many counties that require semi-annual checks, and I live in one of them. But, here's something I wasn't aware of, as of last January there's now an 8 year abatement on smog checks in those counties for any new car that's 8 or less model years old. So if I'm reading correctly, my MY 19 Stinger that I bought last August should be free of smog checks until 2027.

Sounds like as good a reason as any to buy these primaries since I'm already ordering secondaries and a catback :D Correct me if I'm wrong. Would have to put the OEM parts back on later to even hope of passing, but that's a long time from now.
 
No such thing as a smog check up here.
 
This thing gonna throw a CEL right? What's the solution to remove it.

Did anyone try these? Do the usual issues still exist here. Some people had oil issues with some pipes right? Were there actual increases like the site suggests?
 
@ImportSharkMike have any if these shipped yet? Website still says ETA July 1st.
 
Yea sorry I've meant to post an update. There were a couple sets sent out but the customers indicated that they couldn't add defoulers to avoid a CEL. Just looking at longevity of the product, I advised NGM to re-do the jig so that the bungs are in slightly adjusted positions. Unfortunately this set the project back and we actually need to send them another set of OEM primaries to get it moving along. We've been waiting for one of the customers to send their original set in but he's been dilly dallying unfortunately. If any of you know anyone who's got a set sitting around, please refer me!
