Hey guys,
I currently own a 2021 GT limited stinger (canadian model, I believe its the same as the GT2). The car has AEM intakes, muffler/res delete, upgraded sparkplugs and jb4 on map 2. We only have 91/94octane available where I am located, no ethanol. I have tried mixing VP in with an empty gaz tank and the logs came out pretty decent for maps 3 or 4 but its definitly something I would just use for a planned track day. My best 1/4 time with Draggy has been 11.9 @ 116mph on the street and 11.8 @116mph on the track. I use brake snip to launch.

My question is, what mods would be bang for the buck to increase my 1/4 time? I'm planning to get a TCU tune, probably Lozic. I was also wondering how effective a Lap ecu would be, or a tune from someone local here considering I would be using 94oct (vs what the jb4 offers me right now).

Upgrade Swaybars, add chassis braces, specific set of lightweight wheels & tyres & aftermarket high quality brake pads.
Remove anything not necessary in the car.

I'll tell you I'm super happy with my lozic ecu and tcu. Just feels so much more fun in sport, holds gears, throttle is super sensitive, it's a blast.

intercooler. I have the BMS and it's pretty solid. for drag strip, the sway bars are not necessary. For the street and or road course the sways are fantastic. Lap 3 ECU would probably be good. water meth or cpi would be good too.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I would say sways but that wont help much at drag strip (unless you are traction issues).

I would say intercooler if you are hot lapping at all.
After that and TCU tune, would say your best use of funds will be WMI/Fuel-it 7th injector

Also, get some air snorkels if you don't already have some.

I have a hard time removing weight as I daily the car with the family haha. I will try next time removing the kid seats, spare, etc. I'll look into the the other stuff too. For the wheel setup, can all 4 tyres be the same or does it have to be like oem kind of (like I have 255/19s in back and 235 in front)

I've heard from a few people that installing a intercooler apperently slightly hurt the 1/4 time. I think they rounded it out to being the change in piping but they removed all of it and the times went back down abit.

I don't have any plans to lap the car and if I do it probably will only be a one time thing. I also do not have air snorkels. I'm really just intake jb4 and muffler delete. I do however have traction issues, even on custom mode with AWD set to confort with the rest on sport. I am managing 1. 70-1.80 60ft times however I do spin. I noticed if I get a 1.75ish or less, my car when it goes to shift into second will be abit limp and reserved, Assuming its a tcu safety

Its all good to go fast but you should always consider suspension mods & chassis braces as if things get a bit crossed up you have a better chance of correcting it + brake pad upgrade because the faster you go the quicker you need to safely stop.
You can have all 4 wheels the same size, you can go 18” with 45 side wall eg: 225/45/18, not exactly sure what size is best suited for drag racing/track.

Lozic tune, UP intercooler, or UP primary & secondary downpipes shown above ^^^^ @K8 Stinger Store
