New here. Just joined to get some info and ideas for upgrades. My Stinger is a 2021 GT2 in Hichroma Red. Mostly stock so far, other than JB4, intakes, catch can and plugs(450hp kit from Burger). Looking forward to learning a few things.

I've only had it about 5 months. It replaced my old 1998 Mitsubishi Montero, which I kept as a backup/offroading/camping vehicle. I also had a 2013 BMW X1 that served as my daily for a while. So far, the Stinger has been a far superior experience over the X1.

Nice upgrade! If you haven't already, you're going to see the Stinger attracts a lot of attention. It's a unique vehicle on the road pretty much everywhere.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed. My old Montero is pretty unique as well, so I'm fairly used to it. I actually see quite a few more Stingers than Monteros on the road(in my 12 years driving a Montero, I only saw 1 other of the same generation). The main difference is all the teenagers in their 3 series, wrx or infinities trying to race me now that I'm in a Stinger. It's pretty amusing, but I'm a little old to be getting into that kind of trouble. I might try to find a local track day or something some day though, after I upgrade the brakes a bit.

Yes, the Montero IS very rare. I haven't seen many of those myself. Every so often. And I know how you feel about the race-bait. Sometimes it's a little difficult ignoring that kind of thing.
