Just purchased 2022 Kia Stinger AWD GT-Line with sun and sound package. Love the car hate all the headliner noises. It has been a nightmare since day one. Dealer has had car for 10 days already and I have been back 3 times to test drive to verify noise was gone when in fact it was not. They are engaging Kia tech line now. I just want my car back so I can enjoy it.

Welcome to the hive! There have been a few reports of loose headliner clips, hopefully they sort it out, and get it back to you ASAP. Post up some pics when you get it back

Did you hear any headliner noises during the test drive? My dealer didn't have any cars with the sun and sound package. Concerned at first but then realized I barely use the sunroof so it was a nonissue.

Yeah we heard the noises right away on the test drive. Dealer gave us "we owe" paperwork to fix noise. I should have none better as to not to get this car cause now it's a headache. The sound package is amazing though.

^^I'm sorry for your issues. A decade ago I got burned by an optima which wouldn't drive straight. Noticed it on the test drive but thought it was a simple alignment issue. After many attempts they could not fix it right and ended up unloading the car 3 months later... Swore of the brand too.
My final test drive (after working numbers and all) consisted of 3 cars.
#1 Had weird buffeting sound/air pressure issues with the windows closed at highway speeds. Sort of like the car wasn't breathing right.
#2 A different color but didn't have issue of #1 but had a loud rattle (screw worked loose somewhere?)
#3 Didn't have issues of #1 or #2. This was the one I took home
Now, if there's anything in the test drive I don't like, I pass on the car.
Keep pressing the issue, how hard can it be to isolate noises in the headliner....

You'd be amazed to know. But the simplest fix so far is to push up HARD on the headliner all around the sunroof opening. If that doesn't do it, the issue is probably sunroof related: and the simplest fix so far on that one is to adjust the retaining screws on the sunroof tracks: some have added insulating tape (like hockey stick tape) or other fillers between the tracks and the roof. A plethora of other "fixes" have failed or worked, depending ...
I'm sorry your car is a headache from day one. How frustrating. But you'll find the fix, hopefully right away, since you're getting all these good ideas.
