New to the Forum and to Kia

Hello everyone, I just bought my Stinger GT2 AWD in red last week and so far I am loving it. This is the very first brand new car I have ever bought and I plan to keep her for a long while. I decided on the Stinger over several other vehicles in its class due to overall price and price of ownership, as well as the warranty Kia provides. My wife and I are about 2 months out from moving to Germany where I plan to take her out for some fun on the Autobahn (the other reason I bought it). I'll likely be more of a lurker than one to comment because I am mainly here to soak up the knowledge of everyone posting here. So thank in advance for everyone's helpful comments. If I see somewhere I can help or provide an original thought then I will chime in. Thanks again!

Thanks for the warm welcome. The Stinger replaced my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 with 6.2L engine...and I thought THAT thing could get up and go! HA! Yep, moving to Germany for three years and plan many a white knuckle outing on the autobahn. I can't wait to REALLY open her up!

So I've been looking over the forums and now I see why it is important that I have the 19 inch summer tires. I would hate to have to sue Kia because they gave me the 18 inchers! HA!

This issue is a sore spot for quite a few. I'm quite sure the tuners/coders will be able to do away with the top speed limit numbers very soon, but since you have those 19"s- you'll be in the fast lane. Still have to watch yer rearview in places...
