New Stinger!

Picked up my new Stinger. What can I say? It's stunning.
Couple of questions:
1. How do you get album art to show from your USB stick? It did in all my previous cars.
2. Do you have to be connected by usb cable to use Apple carplay and if so, does that mean you can't have Apple car play and use a USB stick at the same time?
3. Can you select tracks/albums etc from the steering wheel controls or must you use the main screen?

I'm sure I'll have more questions but that's it for now. All help is much appreciated.

I only use Android auto, so don't know
From steering wheel think you can only go back and forth from different songs

Up and down tracks from the steering wheel. USB port only: not "ports" (it is an annoyance to some). No album art that I have seen, but I don't drive around with the media screen up, I use the map.

1. Mine shows album art on the media screen
2. I only use Android. USB cable is only required for some functions. I've never used it. I have a USB stick with music that lives permanently in the slot.
3. I can select tracks from the steering wheel or from the 'tuning' knob, or of course, the screen.

My experience is that Apple Carplay only works if your phone is plugged into the USB.
