Bad New Stinger with scratched wheels

I just picked up my new Stinger GT Limited and I got home and started to inspect and clean the car. I checked the tire pressures and they were 50 psi all around. I checked again with a different tire gauge and yep, over inflated. As I was taking air out I noticed a scratch on one of the wheels. Then more scratches on 2 more wheels.
To the dealers on here, can I expect the dealer to replace these wheels? Is a fix possible (visually no difference from new)?
I'm really pissed. It looks like the PDI tech just took a screwdriver to them to remove the center caps to swap on the wheel locks. Can't believe somebody would do that and not take care to use cloth or tape to prevent metal on metal or use a plastic tool!

Yes, the dealers have wheel refurb specialists that they use when they detail incoming cars for resale, that have the proper materials and tools to address it. They can refinish and re-clear coat those surface scratches so they'll look (and be) as good as new.

Hopefully the dealer will pinpoint the miscreant who did this, so they can ensure he doesn't inflict any more damage on other vehicles ...

Hey there @Wan El Guapo , you have every right to be pissed about these scratches to your brand new Stinger's alloy wheels, if it was me i would demand, a swap for new ones, totally unacceptable, makes my blood boil to even just hear and see of such neglect. Hope the dealership resolves this issue to your liking.

I made up my own tool to remove caps and will make sure the service guys use it, otherwise I will remove the caps myself prior to taking it in. Thankgod I have a good relationship with dealer and know the mechanic that does the work so I can call him direct.
The tool is easy to make up out of coat hangar wire , pic below. I put some tape on one end to avoid damage..

My experience with even high end shops is they routinely assign light duty tasks to the newest and most inexperienced shop helpers. I always discuss service before and after the act. I just drove 80 miles yesterday to my Kia dealer and paid $37.50 to have a slow leak (screw in tread) repaired on a rear tire on my Stinger (and combine trip with a visit to Costco). The local Les Schwab has completely blown tire repairs in the past with loose and excessive application of wheel weights. If you are not a regular customer, and haven't bought their tires, Toyo, among others , siping, or other upgrades, you may not get great service.

"Pissed!" does not adequately describe this sort of discovery. The dealer had better own it. If you wait even a little while, they might try to weasel out by saying it didn't happen in their shop, but only since you took possession of the car.

Yes, but they did skip somethings at my request since it arrived from Kia Friday afternoon and I picked it up Saturday morning. I asked them to not detail and leave off the front plate bracket.

You are right. That's what they ended up doing in the end. Got new wheels with 0 scratches. I think they swapped with another car they had on the lot. Very happy again.

Sorry just figures out I can quote multiple posts in same reply.
So they do have a plastic tool I'm told. I should ask if I could buy it. Or any old panel popper should work?

Great result and quick as well, but of course those scratches should have not happened in the first place and delivered like that. Are you planning to debadge or add any other options ?

Yes I've got the MS type S trunk spoiler and front plate tow hook relocated that others shared on here.
Planning maybe a front chin spoiler and lowering sorings and in a couple years some bolt ons (CAI, exhaust, tune). Gonna wait and see if my car has any issues. Hate to have to pull the parts off again if warranty work is needed, so it's gonna be a slow build, but that's ok since I'm planning to keep it for a long time. Still waiting for a good OCC kit and intercooler. I emailed Mishimoto but don't know yet. They thought I asked about an oil cooler, and replied that one was not planned.
