NEW STINGER WITH QUESTIONABLY INSTALLED BURGER TUNING ****NEED ADVICE PLEASE****

Hello,
Just bought a 2018 Stinger GT2 and came with a tuning device that seemed to be very oddly installed as I have wires hanging out of my rearview mirror as you can see from the pictures below.
Can someone please assist as I'm not familiar with this setup. Appears to be from Burger Tuning.
Vehicle also has:
1. K&N intakes
2. HKS blow-off valves
Exhaust appears to be stock.

My instinct here is to remove this tuner and start fresh or have it installed properly. Anyone seen anything like this or can assist me with what I'm working with here. Also if I have the dealership remove this tuner will the vehicle run fine stock with the intake and blow off valves? Much appreciated advice here.

*Also, if anyone can recommend a shop in Western Washington. (Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area) That would be able to properly tune this vehicle would love to know.

**** UPDATE. LOOKS LIKE THE UNIT IN THE REARVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JB4 TUNER RATHER A COMMA AI DRIVING ASSIST UNIT THAT WAS REMOVED. THANKS GUYS! ****

I won't speak of any of the burger tuning stuff as i'm stock..
However, the COMMA ai device in the rearview area is definitely part of the COMMA AI openpilot system.. means the previous owner was using the opensource driving assist like gm supercruise tesla autopilot or kia's own HDAS using the sensors for semi autonomous driving..

Looks like the car had a meth kit. Whatever is handing out of your sunroof has nothing to do with the JB4.

Thank you for this info! Very helpful. I think I'm going to uninstall this seems to be an incomplete unit but might think about getting this in the future.

Did you check the spare tire/battery area in the rear hatch for a possible meth tank and pump? Like Terry said there was likely a Meth or CPI kit on the car due to the FSB box being there.
