New Stinger owner

Hello,
Bought a Genesis Coupe 3.8 GT a few years ago. Seen a Stinger at a light and wanted one from then on, Now I have both. Very different cars but I had good luck with the coupe minus its 1st trip for AC not working and its now over 100k in miles. Its eaten those wonderful Brembo rotors and front wheel bearing. and Had under warranty its ac/heater box, alternator, condenser, clock spring and compressor replaced (mechanic broke alot of things HIS first coupe, Private dealership warranty. I paided a $100 deductable and was happy after a month to get my used car back. I only added a few things here and there But Borla was by far the best thing.

So after finding my 2019 GT2 rwd I drove it 65 miles the 1st night, Love its power and ride. Did the radio/map update (mistake, hate the mode change losing the graphic of motor and drivetrain and Purple color wtf were they thinking) disabled the auto start stop with resistor mod, removed front airbox right angle box, added a trickle charger cord in rear. So its to do list looks to be getting longer Starting with Borla, and in 4k or so its will be where I want it. A co-worker with a stock charger wide body scat pack only smiles, whoever gets best traction off the line wins. your not awd. Seems only people that know what a Stinger is are those that have been beaten by one. I get the "What kinda car is that?, "Who makes it" I changed the Badging to the Korean "E" to add to the confusion and reply "Its a Stinger a KIA with Korean market badging"

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us. Congratulations on your new Stinger GT! It's nice to see that you still have your Genesis Coupe as well. The Genesis Coupe is a large following and for good reason - after all these years. Since you own both, how have things progressed since the Genesis Coupe? How do the two compare for you?
