Hey All,

Picked up a snow white pearl 2019 Stinger GT1 RWD last week. Sold my 2016 Camaro 2SS and 2016 Honda Accord Touring. Will be using the Stinger as my only vehicle. Also picked up a 2020 Kia Telluride EX for the wife, also in snow white pearl, and traded in her 2016 Hyundai Tucson.

Since picking up the Stinger last week, I've done a full badge swap to the "E" from S. Korea (wheel center caps, front emblem, full airbag replacement, and stinger script on the rear deck). The replacement key fob from S. Korea should be here today or tomorrow. I have also swapped the reverse bulbs to LEDs.

Installed the ADD-W1 catch can a few days ago. The car doesn't have 500 miles on it yet. Already ordered a handful of KI filters, already had a few bottles of Motul X-CLEAN 5w30 available. Once the filters come in, I'll replace the oil and install a Stahlbus oil drain valve.

I have a PPF install scheduled for tomorrow for the full front bumper, hood, and fenders.

I have the HKS spark plugs ready for install, and the Stillen intake should be here by Thursday. I have a Race Chip GTS that I had on a previous vehicle that I sent back to Germany today for a reflash to the 3.3T trim.

My current plans are to have the car dyno'd as stock, dyno'd with the Stillen intake, plugs swapped, RaceChip installed and dyno'd again on a few different RaceChip settings. Given how 93 octane is readily available here, that's what I'll be using. Dyno will be done at the same facility in Woodbridge, VA on 5/30

This isn't my first rodeo; my full list of current and past vehicles are below:

2020 Kia Telluride EX (Current)
2019 Kia Stinger GT1 (Current)
2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport (Manual)
2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited 1.6T
2016 Honda Accord Touring
2016 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS (Manual)
2016 Kia Optima EX
2013 BMW 335i n55 (Coupe - Manual)
2013 Infiniti G37S (Coupe - Manual)
2013 Scion FR-S (Turbocharged - Manual)
2011 Honda Accord EX-L (Coupe)
2010 Chevrolet Camaro LS (Manual)

I plan to keep this one for a while though, at least 3 years which will be an accomplishment itself.

Welcome aboard and congratulations.

That's quite a nice list of mods and cars.

Damn. You don’t mess around. Welcome.

KIA on steering wheel?

Where is "here"? Please put that location in your member profile.
As for the rest of your intro OP, you exhaust me! ;) Terrific intro. Have FUN!

E Logo Emblem Steering Wheel Airbag Module

“Here” varies. East coast (US) runner would be more appropriate.

Oh, I missed that. Must read for comprehension, better.

You don't hail from a particular home state? Or spend more in a year in one place or another? You must park your Stinger somewhere. Next to the Telluride. Or, you could just put "East Coast (US) Runner" in your location. :D

The car is parked in Virginia if that's what you're asking. Not quite the same as where I am or spend most of my time.

You have a Stinger parked where you don't spend most of your time!? Why?? I don't understand.

Work. That's just how it goes. I spend more time on the go than I do at home. In the past week alone i've been in North Carolina, New Jersey, Delaware, California, and Washington, D.C.

On Friday i'll be back in New Jersey, Monday i'll be in D.C., before finishing out my week in Nashville.

I've been all over the east coast in a relatively spry 32 years. Born in Kansas, raised in Georgia, undergraduate in North Carolina, masters in Alabama, doctorate in Pennsylvania, and currently working out of D.C., Virginia, Utah, and California.

This would be the reason why my Stinger has less than 500 miles on the odometer and why, after 3 years of ownership, my Camaro has fewer than 16,000.

After 12 days with the GT, ~800 miles here.

Should’ve kept it mysterious lol

Thanks for answering. (Before your brief bio, I was imagining someone who has cars and houses dotted up and down the East Coast; and the Stinger is just the car for "that house". :D)

"Utah": that's not "East Coast". I don't suppose there's much chance of you getting over here with the Stinger, is there? We have quite a few forum members around here; although I've only seen two face to face (and one before he was a member; I met him at "my" dealership while he was buying his Stinger :D) I'm hoping to get some of us together for a "swarm" in a couple months.
