Hello, 2 days ago i purchased a new to me 2022 kia stinger gt1. Love the car, super comfortable and plenty fast. Drove it home and noticed a small amount of coolant on the drive way. Appeared to be coming from the front passengers side of the motor. After searching thru the forums i noticed a lot of issues post recall for these models and that my clamps were not in the right spot on the coolant lines as well. Unsure if I had the recall on my model year. Moved those to the correct locations and thought that solved my problem. Unfortunately it is still leaking coolant and upon more examination it appears the metal line is cracked. Unsure what this part is, unable to find it online. Pretty sure this is the issue as it is where the coolant leak appears to start. Car has 44k on the odometer so im assuming it under warranty. Me being the second owner i should get coverage til 60k miles or 6 years as i understand it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That is the first time I see that kind of fail on stinger. Looks like turbo coolant line failed. Take it to dealer for replacement. Should be covered under warranty.

Coolant leak and turbo oil is not the same thing. Or am I misunderstanding you? Engine oil cools the turbos, and the '22 MY was not part of that recall to replace the left turbo oil feed line.

I searched my vin and nothing came up for recalls needed or performed. I guess the clamps werent installed properly from the factory?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Right side turbo ‘water hose’? Regardless, should still be under warranty so take it in.
Thats the one! Thank you. Sounds like ill be contacting my dealership tomorrow. Sooner than I had hoped i would have to, doesnt look like a hard fix tho. Sad i cant drive my stinger after just buying it.

Stinger turbochargers have oil AND coolant lines.
