New Stinger GT2 for us

Hi there, Wayne here, we bought a Red GT2 about 3 months ago and have found our way to the accessories site and here as well. We look forward to sharing along the way. Can someone chime in and tell us if the steering wheel emblem pops off or do you stick the new emblem or the Kia one?

Hi and welcome. Today somebody said that they paid hundreds of dollars to get rid of the KIA steering wheel center, which included replacing the airbag as well. A gal here decided to just go with the overlay, despite a "1mm" discrepancy in size. The hassle and expense of going totally "authentic" was enough dissuasion.

Congrats on the car and welcome to the forum! Sadly, the emblem is embedded in the airbag housing. Since our version is not 100% engineered the same as the ones in Korea, why bother. Yeah, I know some folks don’t like the KIA badge but it doesn’t detract from making the Stinger a great car, it deserves to wear the badge so folks know that this brand is not just about affordable cars but they can also make a serious sport sedan, ahem, GT car.
