Hey y’all. Just got my stinger today.
19 GT2 AWD in HiChroma Red. I’ll clean her up and her some more pics. Trade in on the left. View attachment 50693

Welcome! Curious like others to hear from you on how it compares to your former ride.

The Porsche is a fantastic machine, and obviously a more refined and precise driving experience, and the cockpit of the Panamera is an absolutely wonderful place to spend time. My commute is 163 miles (once per week) so when I drive, I’m in there for a while. The hybrid system was giving me issues (wouldn’t go into hybrid mode) every 2-3 weeks, and the oil level sensor was periodically giving me low oil warnings even though the oil level was fine. Long story short, even though I absolutely loved the car, and will most likely own another (non hybrid) in the future, I had lost my confidence and was just ready for something that I would enjoy owning, driving, and not have to worry about. The Stinger checked all those blocks, and looks damn good doing it.
There are some things I’ll miss in the Panamera, and some new/better features the Stinger has that I’m looking forward to learning about. I haven’t had a chance to drive it much since the ride home, but I gave her a good bath today and I’m looking forward to getting some drive time. Right now I’m going through the owners manual, and reading a bunch of threads for info so I’m not that noob asking silly questions that are covered in the owners manual like “where the hell is the battery?”
Just ordered up same badges as I really like how the later 19 and 20 Stingers are badged in the rear. Followed the link in the rebadge thread. I have the remaining warranty left on the car so I won’t be doing any performance mods anytime soon.
I’m pretty new to the Korean car game so I’m learning as I go. I did own an 03 KDM Tascani back in 2014 while I was in Korea, but sold it to buy a 91 Skyline GT-R.19FC5A9D-9BD2-49B4-AEC4-E1F77BE99B99.webp

Welcome. Thanks for your story.

Casually drops a Skyline into the conversation without pics...such a tease.

(welcome to the forum, congrats on the stinger)

Welcome Tara!!!! Congrats on your new Stinger. I live in Texas, as well (although a transplant).

I also owned a Porsche, an old 911 Carerra, but your Porsche looks newer. Everything is a fortune to maintain on the Porsche. I never drove a Panamera.

I can tell you are a car enthusiast, so you will be a good fit here.
