I, was asleep. So was the Stinger, nursing her injured wheel.drive home from Maverick Center tonight got a little dicey...
By dicey, I meant other cars were sliding around to the point I almost hit an Altima after he made a left turn under the freeway off exit 338. My Stinger stayed perfectly stable the whole trip.I, was asleep. So was the Stinger, nursing her injured wheel.![]()
Congrats welcome to the forum and you chose the best color! Of course I am biased I have the same color. After ordering my 19 Ceramic Silver/Red Interior GT1 at the end of December, I picked it up about 3 weeks ago. Needless to say it is a huge step up from my old 2003 Subaru WRX that I bought new. I think I've finally figured out all the settings/accessories/NAV/Android Auto/....etc. (this forum has been a big help as well as just reading the operators manuals front to back). I had a set of winter wheels/tires (18" Enkei TFRs w/ Blizzak WS80s) waiting to replace the factory 19's for winter. I've had it through three significant snows with no issues so far. It doesn't feel quite as sure footed as my old WRX w/ Blizzaks, but that old car was a mountain goat in snow. I couldn't be happier with this car--it's finally past 600 miles, so let the fun begin.
1010tires.comNew California Red GT limited owner from Edmonton Alberta. Didn't take delivery of the car yet since I didn't want to risk it with the 19 inch summer wheels on there. Looking for suggestions for a set of winter rims in Canada and where I can get them. Thank you.
I have had to get new lugs and hub rings. Nothing out of the ordinary.Did you guys need special spline kits to install your winter rims or were you able to install them using the OEM lugs that came with the 19" rims?
