Just wanted to say hello and ask a question, the radio ugh! the front speakers are louder than the rear speakers. Does anyone else have this issue and what to do about it or fix?

Welcome! For the speaker issue, check the "position" setting in sound settings. Someone may have set the position fully to the front.

Yes I did look at that but when I fully positioned it to the rear with the Same volume level it was very low.

I don't recall having coming across another post about this issue. Unless someone else has a more helpful response, you might be best served by contacting the dealer. The only other thing that comes to mind would be to try pulling the fuse for the radio to fully reset it, then re-insert the fuse and try it again.

Well, try the actual reset button first.

Try turning off the Quantum Logic functionality to see what that does. Many people find it causes "odd" audio behaviours and find the car is better with it disabled.

Welcome and Congrats!

Welcome, and I have a 2018 as well. I have had the same issue as you are describing, usually it resets after shutting off the car for a minute or so and have to go back and reset the sound to center. But from what I'm being told it's an issue with the head units as well as the Quantum Logic as someone stated. From what they said can take it to the dealer for them too fix but it's a known issue. I haven't taken mine in yet, but will later on.

Welcome and congratulations!
You maybe one of the owner affected by the radio fader issue. Take it to the dealer and have it replaced under warranty.

I have the same issue when the audio is positioned in the center.
