Hey hey folks... Just got confirmation from my dealer that my brand new 2020 Stinger GT Limited (which is... The GT2 in the US? I think?) has been locked in for me. Was hoping to get a Ghost Grey, but there's basically none left in Canada. It's all good, they were able to find me a white one, and that was my second choice for colour, so I'm not complaining! Now they just need to do the Korean rebadge for me (I ordered a steering wheel emblem from the store already), tint the windows, and I'm hoping I'll have delivery by the weekend! Super stoked to be joining the Stinger family... My old Mazda 3 (2010 GT Hatchback with the 2.5L engine, in manual) was a fun little car to drive, but this is a MONSTER of an upgrade. :)

Four out of five of the latest Stingers "in the wild" have been White. It is possibly a more popular color than the Ceramic Silver (Ghost Grey). Actually, you can't go wrong with any Stinger color and I'd be happy with any of them; the only non negotiable is that the paint be good. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the hive!! Our GT Limited's are lit a GT2, but we get more stuff... :D
Where in Canada are you?

Interesting, what do we get on the Limited that's on top of what's in the GT2? Other than our smug Canadian attitudes? :P

I'm in Oakville, so just down the road from you.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Stinger GT! What did the Stinger replace for you? I'm glad you found us.

I'm driving a 2010 Mazda 3 GT... It's a fun little hatchback, the 2.5L engine in it was decent for a car of its size and I'm gonna miss the stick shift, but I think I'll somehow find a way to get over it with my new Stinger :P

We get full UVO, (remote start, nav, and I'm probably missing something) much to the chagrin of our neighbours to the south... it isn't even a option for them... oh and smug Canadian attitude

Mazda makes some fun cars.... the 6 was on my short list, but the stinger kills it in almost every way. Did you buy from Lockwood Kia?

Oh nice! I didn't realize the UVO stuff wasn't available down south. And yeah, I loved my Mazda, but I've had it for 10 years, and the current 0% 84 month financing promo on the Stinger actually put it into my budget unexpectedly, so for me it was a no brainer that this would be my upgrade. Wife wanted me to get a Camry, but I convinced her to come look at the Stinger right after we test drove the Camry and even SHE had to admit that it was a vastly superior car.

I did indeed buy from Lockwood. They were awesome. Had a pretty negative experience with Georgetown Kia (high pressure/"somebody is coming to look at it in an hour so you'd better buy it if you want it!" silliness, plus they bait & switched me with a cash incentive price listed without disclosing it), so the Lockwood guys were a surprising breath of fresh air.

Hi congrats, welcome. Awesome upgrade from your Mazda. Please post pics when you get the car.

Just got the email from the dealership... They have my new baby on hand! Won't be able to pick it up till Monday due to delays on the tint (not gonna complain since they're throwing it in for free) and the rebadge. So excited!

Cool the dealer is doing it for free, by the way are you rebading the car with the F logo?

They're throwing in the tint cuz I extended the warranty out to 10y/140k km (my current 10yo mazda only has 82k km on it, I don't drive a ton because work is only 3km from home). I'm rebadging with the OEM E logos.

Cool I thought it was the Ferrari logo. Sorry stupid joke, awesome you get that for free, good to have you in the forum.
