Hello all,

Been browsing these forums for the last month or so but recently made an account since I pulled the trigger on a brand new 2021 Stinger GT1 in Snow White Pearl about a week ago. I came from a 2011 Toyota Camry SE 4 cylinder so the differences in power, handling, technology, and comfort are like night/day apart. So far, not major complaints except for the dismal fuel economy but that's most likely because I have a heavy right foot now. Glad to be part of the community and hoping to use the forum to my advantage in the coming months.

No major mods except for window tints, OEM mud guards, and some PPF/ceramic coating soon.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Stinger GT! I’m glad you found us. :)

Thank you everyone!

Drive lightly in traffic; wait till you have some open road before hitting the kickdown switch, and your over all gas mileage will improve remarkably. :D Oh, and stay out from under that basketball hoop.

Welcome Dsean! If you want maximum fuel economy, the Stinger is not your ideal car. But, if you want a car that is a blast to drive with a very cool hp/tq ratio, Stinger rocks. Nice tech, great for road trips, comfort and styling, both luxury and performance at 1000s less, Stinger is your car.

Definitely will take some time getting used to having all of those 365 horses under my foot especially since I am coming from a car that had only 179 horses and will do on the hoop! :D

Thanks John! It's the only major downside to the car, but it was a tradeoff I was be willing to make. I always tell myself if I did want maximum fuel economy then I should've gotten a Prius haha. I can't wait to take her out on a long road trip especially on an long open road.

Dsean,

you made an excellent choice by buying a stinger. No conflict of interest here, just a car junkie or enthusiast.
