Hi all, new owner here. Picked up a silky silver GT (base) last week (used with only 1000 miles on it). Was planning on waiting until early next year and leasing a gt2, but I just could not wait anymore and jumped on this deal when I saw it. Been having a blast, such a fun car to drive. Have rebadged the back with the larger STINGER emblem, but nothing else so far. Hoping to at least put on a CAI and possibly cat-back, but wanted to talk to my local dealer service and make sure there won't be warrenty problems (bringing it in in a couple days to take care of the wiring harness recall). The only thing I really wish I had was the HUD, but not a huge deal, just miss the cool factor. Whoever had the car before me (it was bought originally in Kansas) really badly curbed the front passenger wheel, I don't know how they could have done it so badly without trying hehe, but it's a good excuse to look into aftermarket wheels.

Have not seen too many more around here (Colorado Springs) yet, saw a blue 2.0 a couple months ago, and the wife saw a yellow one yesterday. Anyone else in the area?

You can have your wheel repaired for like $150. But if you need an excuse for aftermarket wheels... go for it!

Hi. "Curb rash King", here. I know all about curbing the front rims (never touched a back rim, though). I would sand down the damage with three grits of paper, ending with 2000 wet. It worked, until I finally got weary of the chore when my left rims went through a car wash tunnel and got scraped (new employee didn't know how to properly put a car in the tunnel). Then I had the OE rims powder coated gloss black; and they are for winter driving now.
