Been reading threads for a couple weeks now but first time posting. Had some challenges with my dealer when I originally picked up my GT2 AWD on 10/30 so excited to be getting it back today. They added the remote start, all-weather mats, put the Stinger badge on the rear and had it professionally detailed for the problems. I can't wait to get out of the loaner! Glad to be in the group!

we already don't like your dealer... JK. welcome to the group!

You got them to put the badge on for you? How'd that go in negotiations

Welcome glad to see you were able to reach an agreement with the dealer.

Welcome to the forum! Post some shots of your new ride when you get it back. Where are you located? You can update your profile with that info.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Stinger GT! What did the Stinger replace for you?

I got it done after the sale. They messed up on quite a bit at the delivery and a couple visits since. I got the all weather mats, 4 oil changes, the removable front license plate bracket and the badging done at no cost.

I got out of a Volvo XC60 so quite a change!

Another former Volvo owner! Which XC60 did you have? When we went to turn in our S60 they had one of the 2018 plug-in hybrid versions available, right color and equipment but not price. Figured if I liked it I would work on getting a deal on one. The thing that got me though is for the price, that vehicle was a bit noisier than my Optima hybrid on the road, I couldn't seen paying way more for a "luxury" vehicle that is noisier than my regular car (although I do consider my 2017 Optima Hybrid to be a bit of a sporty, luxury ride). When the XC90 came out, it was much the same. I liked the old gen XC60 as it had a quiet cabin and spacious trunk but the rear seating are can be a bit tight if tall folks are up front. Don't want to go too much off topic but just wanted to hear what you had and your impression on it. You can PM me if that works better. I like the upcoming V60, not much of a CUV/SUV guy and want the hybrid powertrain. Will wait to see how that works out.
