New GT2 owner in SC

Just bought my GT2 RWD last night! I'm coming from an Audi S3 and wanted something bigger - the S5 sportback was too expensive in comparison to the Stinger. Loving it so far!

Whereabouts in SC are you located? I haven't seen but maybe 1 other person (active at least) that posted on here from SC.

I'll get some pictures posted! It's red with black interior. My local dealer had an AWD red on red GT2 in the showroom but wouldn't budge on the price unfortunately.

I'm in upstate SC as well - I live in northeast Taylors but work in Greenville (Michelin)

I tried to get any Stinger back in January and all 3 in the area were total douchebags about pricing and the 1 that had a yellow was 10% over MSRP. So I drove to Kia of Muncie (@KiaofMuncie on the board) to buy my Yellow GT2 AWD. Which, unfortunately is being re-painted right now.... 3 weeks, 1 day, 1hr and 40min without my Stinger. Can you tell I DESPERATELY miss my car......

Yep it's the Michelin HQ. I went to Kia of Greenville and the salesperson knew nothing about the cars so I went to Kia of Greer who were much more knowledgeable. It wasn't easy getting the price down; at one point they insinuated my trade-in Audi S3 was ~$37k brand new lol (it's a $50k car). I think they need to understand other brands a little better before trying to upsell a car

LOL, Kia of Greer quoted me $54,600 on a GT2 AWD sitting on the lot back in January when they were first delivered and this was minus the 'additional dealer options' which would've made it right at $56k..... I am glad you got them to work with you on a deal as they wouldn't budge an inch. Greenville was about $1k less than MSRP and Spartanburg was $4k over. Spartanburg, incidentally, now does the maintenance b/c I was impressed with their service department when my wife and I had our 2016 Optima which we purchased in Spartanburg.

We'll have to do lunch sometime as I know of exactly 0 people around here with a Stinger. 1 Micro Blue here at GE but I have never seen the driver.
