I was trying to do a write up for a subwoofer install I did this weekend on my GT2. After completing the long post with pictures and such, I hit submit to see that...oops, I can't do that. How can I get approved to submit this post? I want to be able to answer questions while i am still fresh and have access to photos.

Also, relatively new owner of a GT2. Been in the house about 40 days nows. Loving it.

Thanks!

We'll. Time for some low quality fill in posts now. :)

I believe it's more about how long since you signed up, not number of posts. We get plenty of spammers post multiple times trying to get around it. Fortunately, regular members don't often see those show up.

Is there any way to have it manually approved with a verification photo or something. I've been here over a month now so this seems a bit long. I've been messed up trying to create the brief guide with pictures and posting a link for someone. Thanks!

I must be mistaken then, as I see you've been here since September.

Not sure if there is a way, but certainly nothing I can do.. so, let's chat and see if we can fix it that way! lol!!

Go ahead and put your location in your profile as well (link to how in the "announcements and tips" sticky..)

Awesome. Thanks! I'll add information now.

Post one more time (that'll be 10 posts) then if you want to try starting a new thread here in the lounge with just a handful of random pics, to see if it works, I can delete that test thread for you.

Note you can't post in the How To/DIY, there's no "post new thread" button there, but we can move threads started elsewhere that fit the category. An attempt to keep that as more of a reference for common things.

Thanks. I'll give this a shot.

10 was the magic # when I joined and was trying to add pics, hyperlinks, etc.

Yep. That seemed to have worked. Thanks everyone!

Glad we figured that out! NICE post, thanks for the effort.
