New Colour coming in 2019

Bit of a newsflash for you all, I have just been to my dealership this afternoon & one of the salesman has informed me of new colours coming next year & one is going to be Orange.

Yes, that’s what I was told, like that & the original SEMA model from last year, so it will be interesting to see if the colour they use will be close to these examples.

I had a feeling they might, they obviously read this forum after our reaction to the sema orange vehicle. Many people said they would have jumped on the orange colour. That includes me.

I expect a lot of you already know Ford has the latest Mustang out in that orange already. Dropped into Ford a month ago and they had 3.

Damn sprung...... of course NOT i got Stinger venom coursing through ma veins ( i can feel a song coming on). I took the fiesta in for a service i glanced in the showyard when i saw the orange mobiles, i think its new for 2019. Kia a bit slow there.

Kia’s not slow the Stinger has a 5 star ANCAP rating, (2017 built base model excluded & now since earlier this year it is now also 5) Mustang’s sold prior to MY18 had 2 star ANCAP rating, (motoring experts in AU implored owners not to put kids in the back or even carry passengers) now new model has 3 star ANCAP rating.
Real shame because it’s a good looking car & now they are like a..h..es everybody’s got one.

When Hyundai came out with the coupe, they had an orange concept car. Everyone loved it, yet they never came out with an orange production car.

Yes. The first words out of my mouth when I went in and flipped the promo book open were: "I want THAT color." Can't have it, I was told, and no surprise there. I argued with the sale rep. The manager came out and got into it. "Hey, if you lease the car, you can repaint it any color you want." Really? I hadn't thought of that. I'm still thinking about that. But by now, I think I see an Orange Wave coming on. And I don't want one if there is going to be an Orange Wave. My color was discontinued for the MY19 GT (don't recall if Silky Silver still is an option for the base and premium 2.0T). So I like it better, now that it is going to be increasingly rare.

Of course - I just bought a ceramic silver yesterday and orange is my favorite color! Oh well, ceramic silver is killer
