New here. After extensive research for a few months I decided to venture into the stinger world. About 2 months ago my wife and I traveled states to find the right one. I was looking used to save a few bucks. Was on the prowl for a 2018 or 19 ceramic with red interior Gt2. Finally found her with 30k miles. Purchased her in Jersey for 37k. I’ll attach some pics.

Looking to mod the car a bit. Started with the badges. Changed all the k badging to E and took all badges off back. Waiting for my black glossy big stinger to come in.

Next mod will be exhaust in Jan. After watching sooo many vids on YouTube I’ve narrowed it to borla and mbrp. I don’t want to it too loud but def want to hear a profound growl to it when excellerating.

I do have a question with the exhaust after install. Is there a difference in sound if I have the drive mode in say eco or comfort compared to sport? Stock exhaust yes a bit. Will this be the same with after market mbrp or borla.

Welcome and great choice! I have the borla exhaust with ark dp's. I would not be surprised if many plp, especially non-car goers find the exhaust obnoxious. Cop recently commented on the exhaust being loud, no ticket for that but it attracts attention. Cold starts are brutal early in the morning. I've had the exhaust for a few months now and have come to like it. The first few weeks I was not happy with it, don't know if the exhaust changed overtime or I just got use to it. Without a doubt there is drone at low rpm - apparently new exhaust tips help with this a lot, installing soon. A lot of burbles and a rare pop when decelerating below 30mph and taking foot off gas. No bad rasp unless revving at high rpm when parked. While in sport mode the exhaust note does have a higher pitch and less drone. Exhaust drowns out intake noise. MBRP might be the better choice if you don't want "too loud".
StingerHaus winglet kit looks great.
JB4 makes the car fly and noticeable difference at higher speeds.
Injen sounds great but is hard to hear with exhaust.
Any chance you bought the Stinger at Jersey City dealership?
