Need some help on buying a kia stinger

Hi I need help is there really a big difference in financing the stinger or is there really a difference in what I heard where you can lease the car for a month or 3 and then finance it and still have payments to pay bc it almost seems like it does and doesn't have much difference maybe a couple more dollars but idk and I do want to do things to the kia in mods so just need to hear from more ppl thanks you
