I offered 47k ODT. CA tax is 10%. They wont take it. They want 49.8k and up. Its unbelievable that you can get GT2 at 38k.

I'm very skeptical that you've got someone offering 38k before incentives. Even on a standard RWD model (which I'm guessing you aren't looking at, being in CO) that would be a 24% discount off MSRP. They're quoting you that price with incentives included.
