Hi, we bought a 2022 Stinger GT2 in November, 2021. 2 months ago we lost our clock…found out we had to update the car with a USB stick. I did everything the website said to do. While updating, the screen goes black and then “contact customer service “ 200 at the bottom of the screen pops up. Still today calling customer service and even taking the car to 2 different KIA service departments, because the car is still under warranty. No one is helping us fix this problem. KIA service departments are not equipped with the tools or technology to help. They are will to take $2500.00 to replace the system though. Can someone please help?
