Rookie mistake, I was pulling out of a driveway and without looking I hit the side of a 2-foot tall brick wall. It left a nasty scratch and dent on my right fender that was about 5 inches wide 3 inches long. What would you all recommend I do? I tried looking up where to get some Micro Blue paint but I couldn't find anything. For now, I just put a gloss black stripe to cover it up, it's still noticeable but it does the job for now.

There is no way an amateur can touch that up. Unfortunately it will need proper bodywork to fix.

If the metal is indented then you cannot fix it yourself if the metal is intact you can touch pain and polish the pain.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I've already made an appointment to get it fixed, the black stripe was just a temporary fix. My only question was whether I could've fixed it myself, or get it to a body shop. Based off of the comments I will be taking it to the shop as stated above. Thank you all for your inputs!

For minor things you can get a micro blue paint pen online via ebay/amazon/kia parts or from your dealership.

Paint pens are GARBAGE for any color that isn't just a flat shade. Anything bright with reflective particles needs to be sprayed on.
Don't end up wasting the time and money on making even bigger mess for the shop to fix, like I did.

Unless you don't care about it looking like a botch job and just want to prevent it from rusting.

I bought a (supposed) SWP pen and it's nothing less than white base coat.

Big time bummer - but definitely take it to a pro. You don't want to risk doing any further damage or exposing the body to the potential for rust so early on. Best of luck!

Thank you for the positivity during these rough times :)

I will add my "positivity": your misfortune makes my curb rashing episodes pale by comparison. If I had backed around a vertical object and scraped my car like you did, it would destroy my equanimity until rectified. Your calm appraisal of your fubar is commendable.
