Hey all,
I was installing fun parts on my stinger and this piece felt out of place from OEM.

It seems daisy chained to the OBD2 port.

Can anyone tell me what this is or does? Is it safe to remove?

seems you may be right. it was never disclosed to me when i bought the car used.
dont recall paying for the service at this time.

It's a GPS tracker, the same logo is on this: Automotive GPS Tracker AR-4LH | eBay

Is your car financed? It's possible the financing company installed it. I'd rip it out and throw it out, or stick it to something else.
