I'm almost 1k miles in and love this car! Coming from a long line of Subaru Legacys this feels like my first real car. I just hope it's reliable and does a good job driving in the winter.

Anyone happen to know if they improved the brake pads to avoid the studder while braking issue?

Also anyone else in Utah have any suggestions for service? I'm between Jerry Seiner and Doug Smith anyone recommend one or the other for service like oil changes?

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Stinger GT! I’m glad you found us. :)

Welcome!

Welcome! Got my GT1 in late February. My 06 spec b became my DD, a downgrade from garage queen, but a fun DD at stage 3. No brake issues the Stinger. I'm not shy on the throttle and brakes, but try to treat them with respect, i.e., don't put her away if you suspect your brake system may be HOT!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Howdy. I got my GT1 "from" Doug Smith on a trade (while I waited in the showroom) from Jerry Seiner South Jordan. Welcome to the forum.

My car hasn't had any brake "studder" (by any spelling) in over 38K miles. And it is positively the strongest vehicle I've ever had in the snow. But then, I've never had an AWD before. I use A/S tires, since I don't ever go into the canyons in the winter.

Do you service it at Doug Smith?
No. I live in West Jordan. Jerry Seiner South Jordan, where I bought it. Still in "honeymoon mode" so far (not a single iffy or bad experience, so far).
