My doors are locked, but UVO says they aren't??

So basically, I lock my doors pressing the door button or the key lock button and when I log into my UVO account and check my car status, it says that the doors are unlocked (they aren't, I double checked). It happened to me every day for the past week, now...anyone noticed that weird thing with their car/UVO service? The problem seems to be with the app not connecting properly with the car, but all my other UVO services work properly (remote start, unlock/lock, horn, lights, etc.).

Mine does the same, it's like it only takes the info when the car is on, before you locked the doors. There is a little refresh button in "vehicle status" near the upper right below the X, that should update it for you. I think the app just doesn't pull the info live, only from when the car was last on.

Damn! Never thought it would be so simple...It worked as you said it would. I simply refreshed the "vehicule status" and everything turned green. Before you mentionned it, I didn't even noticed the "refresh" button...

Thanks man! Hope it can help someone else...or is anyone as dumb as me? (I don't think so)

Yes, having the same issue right now. The refresh isn’t updating so it’s registering that my doors are unlocked.
