Does anyone know what MV fee is? Dealers says this fee is due after registration? Out the door price is $40900 for 2019 GT RWD. Good, bad?

MSRP for a RWD GT is $39,300. That does not include $995 destination fee charged by Kia. If after incentives and fees and taxes, you get out the door for $40,900 for a brand new MY19, that is not a deal, but it's a reasonable price. But I am sure you can do better. The dealer isn't discounting anything to speak of at that price, or if they are, they are adding back in "extras" like dealers are wont to do.

MV might be the 'Motor Vehicles' department fee - i.e. registration, if your dealer is doing that for you.

Finding a deal is exhausting. From another dealer, after I asked for an itemized OTD price.
Selling price $36,900
Sales tax $2,444.63
Documentation fee $499
Registration fee $406
Tire Tax $7.50
Total: $40,257.13

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Are you paying cash? If so, stop immediately and lease it, then buy it...

What is the total discount they are providing?

I’m financing. Don’t want to do the lease then buy. Solely because I don’t know if I will get an APR matching or better than the one the lease offers for the buyout.

I can promise you won't save the lease cash value vs APR difference.
