Just a word of advice. I'm pretty sure the price for the reflash of the ECU to a new VIN is about 700 or more, so the dollar amount you are trying to get, plus the reflash and then shipping, will exceed the original price, at least.

TCU price seems decent for anyone looking for that kind of tune, though.

I thought the flashed ECU wasn’t VIN locked. So you’d be able to just install and go, is this not the case?

The ECU is VIN locked. A reflash is necessary.
