This is kinda a scaling question....I think all mod reliability and wear is directly related to the knowledge of the modder, whether a shop or owner.
I think most will agree moderate mods..ECU, JB4 are very reliable on the Stinger. Most people go with a JB4 piggyback until warranty runs out so its easier to take off in case of a dealer visit.

What engine modifications are you thinking? It already has forged internals so nothing really needs to be modified in there.
Not sure just as of yet I’ve just always been one to make my cars different and built a unique way that I like driving it

I agree that this is a scaling question. With basic bolt-ons you will be fine. As you start to push past that reliability becomes more and more of a concern.
