Misfiring?

I had a blown spark plug (denso 5346) running e85 on map 3 a couple months ago and recently changed to denso 5347 (gapped down to .022). I'm running e85 on map3 and it feels like it's misfiring at high RPMs. Any advice would be appreciated. I live 5,000+ elevation and only have 91 octane and e85.
Other mods include: Flex Fuel It Kit, ADDW1 OCC, Injen CAI, Ark downpipes, MBRP catback

My misfire (Denso IKH24) was due to electrode worn/broken (gap was yyuuugge).
