Minor Mods to my wife’s 2019 GTS

[Stump]

Only thing left to do is tint the windows, add front winglets and back spoiler. Then the wife will be happy. I want to thank The Stinger Shop for supplying me with some of the improvements.

Painted the chrome Stinger to Gloss Black.


Added the red GT decal.


Painted the silver struts braces red to match the red turbo and also put in K&N air filters (I know, l know no CAI, the wife didn’t want them).


Added gun smoke tint to the turn signal.


Added the new GT overlay.

Thanks. I forgot I also tinted my reverse lights, turn signals and side reflectors. It’s gun smoke tint so you can hardly see it. Should have gone with the smoke tint.

At my dealership both GTS’s had Stinger on the back and so did a few other GT’s. Strange

The only Gt's with Stinger badging on the tails were either produced for the Korean market , special editions or done aftermarket...................and the GTS 's

If I remember correctly the dealership had a GT2 Panthera Metal with one.

Hey man, I don't mean to alarm you but is the STINGER badge crooked? Like tilted by like 1 or 2 degrees to the right and down?

same happened to mine ... left side is 2 degrees higher..., I would curious if the OP fixes it and how ... would you take just the left side off and reapply or take off the whole badge... it is annoying once you know it is not straight

You might have to replace the badge with a new one. The one I got off of K8 Stinger Store came with pretty strong 3M adhesive tape so removing it to adjust it can break the emblem, which seemed pretty fragile. Otherwise, if you manage to remove it, you'd have to scrape off the old tape and put on new ones, which can be equally frustrating.

When I put mine on, I had missed one of the holes that the old badge covered, so I made a quick shift to the left before the tape settle onto the paint and saved it; thankfully.

Nah I think it’s just the pic cause I used a small level and blue painters tape to level.
