I have a 2014 Tundra CrewMax 4x4 with a 6" lift running 35x12.50s that has close to 200k miles on it and I have never had an issue. I bought a 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 RWD about 3 months ago and absolutely LOVE the car. What kind of mileage can I expect to get out of this motor?

Just depends on you.
What are your planned oil change intervals?
What oil you gonna use? Synthetic or conventional?
How many performance mods?
How many track days?
Etc etc etc..

What are your planned oil change intervals? => 6000 miles
What oil you gonna use? Synthetic or conventional? => Synthetic
How many performance mods? => None
How many track days? => None

I’d say 150 above…

Well over 400,000 kms (250,000 miles) with regular maintenance per the owners manual. Plus 1 to 3 non scheduled maintenances, like a water pump or an alternator or somethint that could fail prematurely on any car..

That would be my expectation for most modern cars.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I expect the stock stinger, either motor, to go well over 200,000 miles with regular maintenance.

I could have bought a Hellcat or Mustang 5.0 Mach I but I think that I got the best bang for my buck AND I have a car that is simply not that common. I hardly see any around here (Houston, Texas) ... I look forward to MANY miles of smiles.

I think you'll get them. There are a few in my neck of the woods and I have gotten a few compliments on mine.

If you need a smile though, just put her in launch mode and let her rip! (Safety forced...er... first)

My previous Korean cars have all.given me more than 200k so don't worry this Toyota lasting forever is overrated

Of course ... always safely ripping ... I actually have yet to put into Launch mode.

I have seen a couple Ceramic Silver GT2 Stingers, but no 2022 or 2023 GT2s in the Houston area. What dealership did you purchase your Stinger at?

Yep, they are still quite rare here, but I'm starting to see a few of them on my BW8 West commute route.

Gay Family Kia in Dickinson, Texas ...
Hopefully you got a good deal! I had to go to Huffines Kia in McKinney, TX since all the dealerships in the Houston area were charging over MSRP at the time.

I got a good deal ... I paid MSRP but they knocked on the $8,000 market adjustment that other dealers where adding.

got less than 10K on my 22GT. Haven't even pushed it passed 100mph, but 0-60 is another world. It's my daily driver to work and back, about 30 miles daily. Lately it's been raining so I've been driving in comfort mode. I've heard Korean cars have good longevity if you do proper maintenance and don't push it too hard, but the way we drive our stingers may not be the longest lasting. Curious if anyone owns a stinger with > 100,000 miles?

I have 2500 miles ... I hit 105 on 610W in Houston. I was cruising along @ 80 and then realized my exit was in 700 ft and it got up there QUICK. I don't abuse mine ... I just drive it.

I've had mine up to 118 at least, that's what my track slip says.

I don't think conventional can be used, the engine oil also lubricates the turbos and they create a lot of heat too(?). Not sure why that was ever an option presented as a question.

There's a lot of moving parts on this engine, as well as it being direct injection. I'd think an issue with the turbos would come before any piston issues. You'll want to either start cleaning the back of the valves regularly from day one or expect to have them cleaned (walnut blasted) at some point, probably before 100,000 miles, to remove the carbon/burned sludge buildup. Catch can would help some with reducing this buildup, or just expect to clean the valves at some point (my strategy). Since you're not tracking or tuning the car, you can probably skip the catch can as it's most valuable when pushing the engine hard. But if you plan on keeping it a long time and drive a lot of miles each year, it might also be cheap preventive maintenance. Catch cans are a tough call, it really depends on specific owner variables.
