I finally picked some up. And here’s my thoughts...

First off, we have insanely horrible sediment laced well water... ~400 ppm or more. There’s two inline whole house filters and I have a heck of time with water spots.

Second, the car was corrected a while back to 95-98% perfection. Sealed with BLACKFIRE and waxed with Hybrid Montan wax - then I pulled a No No in a rush and quick detailed some spray and induced micro scratches.

On to the Mequiars - an amazing drying aid, no new scratches. Insane gloss... not much depth but it’s easy to use. I used Adams PH balanced soap in the foam cannon, washed, rinsed.

The meguiars sits at 14.00 a bottle and easy to use. Spray it on wet, dry it smooth and check for total removal. It was that easy. - 0 - water spots, and solid gloss. It’s not the slickest feeling coat, I let it cure overnight and I’ll see what happens with a top coat of BLACKFIRE hybrid Montan wax. Solid value.

I’m not sold on it as a durable coating yet, but it might have tremendous value as drying aid with some protection. Pics coming.

Thanks I’m always looking for good products for my Porsche’s. I have hard well water too.

I would rank it pretty high when thought of as a drying aid and above average in regards to “spray wax”.

Keep it out of the sun and cool on the paint and I had plenty of time to work around the car. No residue to be found. I think it’s a solid choice on well maintained paint. I’m holding no less than 1K$ worth of products and it’s right at the top for what it is.

I did a full paint correction before applying. I love it. Cant wait for spring so I can do the same to my miata.
