MASSIVE brake fade issue

I may be missing something, but no where on here does it show replace brake fluid. I see a 4 wheel brake service, but to me that means pads if needed, not fluid.

I think the "+BBF" under the 60 month service probably stands for Brake fluid flush.

The local dealer has me very confused because they said my next service is a B which they told me is $379, but when I got the car 2 years ago they gave me this which shows the service pricing for 2019 Kia's. The dealers need to get their shit together because it's not very clear for the Stinger. What they gave me doesn't show a $400 service until a "Service E".
That guide is a 'suggestion' for a packages of services, that is designed to bring your car back into the dealer at 6 month intervals and provide the service department with a steady flow of income. The majority of the content are not KIA requirements to maintain your warranty, which are clearly laid out in the owner's manual service schedule.

I received a different document from my dealer titled 'Factory Recommended Service', with variation in content but laid out with similar 'tiered' levels and pricing. The majority of it is inspections/checks, and none of their 'scheduled services' include a brake fluid flush - other than listing it as an additional add-on 'service' they can provide at an added cost, with a suggested interval of 36 months.

The need for coolant and brake fluid flush/replace are highly dependent on environment, mileage, and how the car is used. Where I am, for a low mileage, non-tracked car in a very dry climate, three years is more than adequate - but if I end up stretching that to 4 or 5 years I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. I'll be keeping an eye on both for levels, leaks, discoloration, contamination, etc.

when I asked 3 weeks ago about the pricing I was given when I got the car April 2019 that says 6cyl pricing ... they just told me that at the time they did not really have servicing pricing for the Stinger and gave me a new sheet that had jacked up price .. pretty much added 50- 90 bucks to everything.
