To run map 3 can I use e30 or do I have to have a wmi kit my current mods are jb4 , k&n intakes and a MBRP cat back I just ordered my ark downpipes today also a I do you recommend denso plugs ?

Higher octane is a must. Plugs should be gapped to .022-.024
Run E30mix and log and we will go from there.

I run Map3 and occasionally map4 on E30 to E35 and my logs are clean . Sometimes the Map4 are cleaner then the Map3 . Those pulls are from 20mph to 120mph WOT. You'll just have to step according to you logs. Don't get the Densos if your gonna push it harder spend the 145 bucks on the HKs they are much better and will last longer . Especially since the plugs are not super easy to swap .

I was running map 3 with just a JB4, Denso plugs @ .022 and intakes for several months with no issues. I've added ark mids and mbrp exhaust recently while still running map 3. This is with 3-3.5 gallons of E85 mixed with 93.
