Map 2 check

So my car has been running fine no issues it seems but I wanted to do some logs. I have noticed some of my timing is above 3 I have changed my local gas station from chevron to shell but today it seemed like it got worse should I lower the map to map 1 or should I try the ecu reset like others have tried. Any help would be appreciated. The first log was taken yesterday on the chevron fuel and the second was on a fillip of shell 93. They are small pulls I know was just running out of space
