Map 1 issues

Hello,
This is with 96 Octane in the tank, so I reset the computer and drove 50 miles. After the 50 miles, it stopped pulling timing on map 0, and when I put map 1 in, it started pulling timing, and also on map 0. I am stuck and have no idea what to do. I put in new denso plugs at its factory gap. I am unsure if that is the reason or if I must reset the computer again and drive even more miles to get it used for the fuel.

Close the gap on those plugs to .022-.023. Factory gap even with just Map1 is borderline.
