How is that done & how do make it so it will turn on every time I start the car.

Which fuse did you tap into for powering the ECS10

I didn't do the install. Can u pls. tell me what fuse would work. I have someone I can check. Thanks. Rich P.S. Thanx 4/responding.

I don't know what fuse. I didn't do the install. It has to be whatever fuse is there. Maybe you know which one it is?

It very much matters. In order for the ECS10 to work correctly and reliably connect to the vehicle every time you start it, it must not be powered with constant power.

It must be connected to a switched power source.


As an example, I have mine connected here, for many years.

When I first installed it, I struggled with connection issues because I had originally installed it on a constant power fuse (in error).

It has been working flawless for me for many years now.
