From pics it's hard to tell which defuser you have.

I have an M&S painted body color........... with painted tips !

Super tight , no issues ! Tape only , Ive done several body part installs with 3m it is all you need usually , I did use 2 additional rivets for my rear diffuser though

I just opened up my spoiler today, It had black lint painted into the clear coat. I was disappointed. Waiting on a resolution from the seller or Ebay.
