Why did you keep it instead of keeping it with the car? This happened to me and I had to buy a new one from the dealer for $200. I was super pissed at the prior owner. He kept the owners manual too. Total dick move

Bad move keeping that cover. This is why all 240sx's (s13) have no covers nowadays and if you find one its alot of money (if they are willing to sell it that is)

Also consider this a bump hehe
