So I'm looking to get a stinger in the coming last quarter of the year. I'm having trouble deciding whether I should wait for the 2019s because of the above two features, and maybe better paint as well as I want a micro-blue. Am I missing out if I get the 2018s? I'm not too much of an aggressive driver though I do want to bring the car to a track one day. Would LSD make a significant difference? Does it improve handling/and or safety in bad weather? How nice would ventilated seats be?

Depends on driving you do. LSD definitely improves rear traction on RWD car.

I really love the ventilated seats, especially when it was 116 here last summer.

but the ventilated seats are the BEST feature of this car in the summer.
They where one of the main reasons for me to get the car and I was never disappointet

You can't go wrong getting the highest feature package you can afford. Try saving/paying a good chunk of money for a down payment, if you can. If you qualify for a factory low interest loan (mine was .9%) on the balance, it's like free money. Inflation will outpace the interest in no time. All the added features will cost an extra $100-$150/ month- worth it. But I'd be interested to know if the 2019's get 360 camera, and cordless charging. That would be the only thing I would wait for. Cooling off your passenger's ass and back is always a wow moment. Having said that, if I was younger and on a tight budget, I wouldn't feel cheated in a 2.0 base model. The 3.3 is just such a blast. I don't know how they get the torque to come on that low (yes, turbos), and acceleration in a 2 ton car this fast, but it's impressive. My son has a 2016 Accord V-6 and when he drove my Stinger, he was giddy. The HUD mesmerized him and he loved the lane keep assist control. You will be getting the best luxury/performance/style/value package on the market today.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Thanks for the replies!

Just really wrestling with impatience I think. I may just wait for the 2019s or see if I can get a great deal on a 2018 GT2 these coming months. Aiming for around 40k out the door lease then buyout.

That deal is possible now with some negotiations. Not so for the 2019s, you have to wait until later in the year.
