Ive done a bit of reasearch, read about 80% of threads in this forum section, and just want to get all my questions in one spot with answers i may need.
So i've got my JB4 (+connect kit) sitting in the garage and my spark plugs arrive today. I also have the fuel wire adapters in the mail. So ive got a weekend project to have fun with
On the car ive got the Borla exhaust, K&N CAI, and OCC. I always run 93 octane.

1.) Can i leave the fuel wires disconnected for a few days (i plan on connecting them, but waiting for the adapters to arrive instead of positapping)
2.) The correct gap on the plugs would be a .022 correct?
3.) Do i need to run E85 with Map3? My understanding is that i should be good to run Map3 with everything i have, but i want to verify. I dont plan on ever running above Map3.
4.) Anything else you guys can think of mentioning or bringing up regarding a newly installed JB4 would be great. I want as much info as i can.

Thanks!

1.) Yes
2.) .022 - .026 seems to be the range. I am currently at .024 no issues.
3.) I use E85 when using map3 you should too
4.) Take your time it’s fairly straight forward. Have fun with it.

1) They are optional, you lose 20-30hp leaving them off
2) 0.022 regardless of plug, unless going to world records, then 0.020
3) Some run map3 on good 93, depends on your specific fuel. Easy to evaluate your logs to see whether map2 or map3 is working better for you. E30 is always ideal for max performance.
4) No it's all well documented. :)

If I buy the 450hp package is there any chance that could void the warranty? Thx.

Any modification can result in denial if they believe if caused the failure and they find it on the car.

If i run a catless downpipe will i be able to delete the CEL code with my jb4? I know you can do it on the protuner. But i need to know so i can either get a catless or HFC

I'm pretty sure a HFC downpipe will prevent overboosting/cel naturally. Some people aren't willing to discuss whether or not the JB4 can mitigate overboosting and CEL with a catless downpipe because of legal reasons. I'm using my Stinger for competitive racing(off-road) only, wish I could get a yes or no.

@Terry@BMS

I've got everything installed except the fuel wires. I'm trying to update the firmware bit it's stuck in a loop. It keeps going from

"checking firmware" -> "loading hex" -> "writing block xxx/xxx" -> "validating checksum" -> repeat whole process

I have the phone on top of the connect kit, trying both the latest stable and beta versions. I have restarted my phone and let the ECU reset (walk away for 5 min thing). At this point I'm not sure what I'm messing up... Any advice?

While this is still a weird issue, i was able to solve it for now using my wife's phone to install the update. Hopefully my phone works next time.

Most likely it will, if your dealer sees it installed, and you break something in the engine / transmission.

If your window trim breaks or your power seat stops working, they'll probably still cover it.
