Hello everyone wondering if anybody has had any similar issues as I am having. I have a stock 2022 Kia stinger AWD 3.3, when Driving in sport mode and I come into a turn. I feel like the car is losing power you could say it doesn’t turn smoothly feels like it is chocking or stalls not sure using the right term. But in order for this not to happen I need to step in the throttle more than the regular if I let go it starts to choke as if the gear is in limp mode. Hopefully somebody could advise.

What kind of turn and at what speed?
A regular right or left turn into a side street, feel this happening going into the turn around 20-25mph

If you are slowing down for the turn the car will downshift regardless of the mode. In sport mode it will just be a little more noticeable. Do some research on the forum about the 2nd-1st downshift!

Sounds like you're describing engine braking. In sports mode this is magnified because the car shifts to a lower gear sooner.

Also, could be your technique. Slow down before turning, maintain throttle during turn, accelerate out of turn.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
If its a gr1 use manual mode for spirited drives. If your turning at 40+mph in a 25mph turn the traction control will take over and slow / stablize the car automatically

Does this occur if you disable the traction and stability control (to the extent that Kia permits)?
