Loosing boost/power

Hello everyone

I have stinger 2019 3.3 and my car lose power/boost

Basically I both the car and Previous owner has putting pandoora alarm system on the car with borla Exhaust system.
Because I was new owners I took the car to Pandora alarm to ask them to pair my phone to location access but there was some issues which gsm wasn’t Abel to read the location
How ever it took around 1/2h to fix the problem and pair the app with car and my phone.
Before I take the car they asked me if I want to see how dose the anti hi jack work
(means car cut of the fuel if anyone stolen with out fab)
We test and work fine
After I drive away and when I get to main road I wasn’t Abel to drive the car more then 3000 RMP I was try on sport mood and other was the same I force and use shifter was the same and gear was changing on 3 RMP and I wasn’t Abel to get more then that
Straight away I turn back and I explained the issue.
they came with me for test drive after turn on the engine drive was ok and I was Abel to get more boost and drive more then 3 RMP
I thought that’s because fuel cut of but when I drive the car more feel like car is on lim mood am getting very less sounds from borla Exhaust system and I also have less boost and power Especially on 2/3 rm car need more time to jump and give me more power/boost I have to force the car for more boost and power and still not give me the same boost and Exhaust Sounds.
I have denso IKH27 2 step colder plugs Which done by Previous owner
but there is NO remap or JB4 there was JB4 in passed but Previous owner remove it.
(Spark plug done about 5000 miles)
Am not sure if something to do with fuel pump/spark plugs or alarm system
Please share me your opinion or if have expensive many thanks.

Any codes? Might wanna have the dealer take a look.
