Looking to lower my stinger with springs. Any do's or dont's that I should be aware of?

hey yall,

I have a 2022 kia stinger gt line AWD and recently put some 20 inch niche rims on them.
my fitment is
20x9 +35
Rear 20x10.5 +40
Tires
Front 245/35/20
Rear 275/30/20

I am looking to lower the car a bit and have been looking at eibach or H&R springs but I was hoping to get some insight on anything I need to be made aware of before going for it? Any advice you guys can give? what do you guys have on yours and is there anything I should avoid doing/ make sure I do?
